Technical and Navigation Cookies (Essential)
These cookies are essential for the VinAI® interface to work properly. They keep the user session active while the menu is being browsed, remember language preferences and make the AI chat work. They do not require the user's prior consent.

Analytics Cookies (Anonymised)
We use analytics tools to collect information, in aggregated and strictly anonymous form, about the number of users and how they use the application (e.g. which dishes or wines are viewed most often). This data helps the Controller (the restaurant owner) improve their offer, without ever identifying any individual customer.
❌ No Profiling Cookies
In line with our “Privacy by Design” philosophy, VinAI® does not set any profiling or advertising tracking cookies for the end user (the guest at the table). Your choices on the menu remain private and are never sold or shared with third-party advertising networks.
3. Cookie duration
Session vs PersistentMost of the cookies used by VinAI® are session cookies, which are automatically deleted when the browser is closed. Some preference cookies (such as the language selection) may be persistent, but their duration is strictly limited to the time needed to provide the requested service.

Disabling cookiesYou can set your browser at any time to accept or reject all cookies, or to ask for confirmation before any cookie is set. Please note, however, that disabling technical cookies may prevent the VinAI® application from working properly and stop you from viewing the digital menu.
